[PRQ#43054] Deletion Request for xf86-input-evdev-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for xf86-input-evdev-git [2]: Abandoned VCS package from 2020. Broken: wrongly says it provides xorg-server and conflicts with it, but it also depends on xorg-server. Not needed. Repo carries both xorg-server and xf86-input-evdev.
