[PRQ#64572] Orphan Request for xe-guest-utilities

MarsSeed [1] filed an orphan request for xe-guest-utilities [2]: Reported as broken by @dreieck on 2023-07-11 due to archived tarball from sources.archlinux.org no longer being available (throwing 404 not found error). This has not been addressed since. Upstream sources are available from GitHub [a] and the latest release tag is from this year.
