[PRQ#42803] Merge Request for python-theano

MarsSeed [1] filed a request to merge python-theano [2] into python- theano-pymc [3]: Theano project has been discontinued. The PyMC project forked the code and they made an updated drop-in replacement, available on AUR as well. Better to merge the old theano package to the pymc fork. (The latter is also discontinued btw, in favor of their successor fork called Aesara. But in the meantime, better to keep the theano-pymc fork on AUR for downstream dependent packages.)
