+1 for deletion. The repo linked to in source array still exists, but the source does not link to a versioned release tag, as no tags exist. Instead, it links to raw/master/SequoiaRedactor-1.5-4.tar.gz. That file is also bogus, as internally it is just a repackage of v1.4 from 2019. This text editor is abandoned by upstream and is not useful to keep around. There are many good, maintained alternatives for users to choose from. Upstream seems to have removed the repo as it is not available anymore. Additionally it seems the former PKGBUILD maintainer was upstream and as it got orphaned this further cements the argument of removing this from aurweb.
