[PRQ#45345] Merge Request for bumpversion

MarsSeed [1] filed a request to merge bumpversion [2] into bump2version [3]: The bumpversion project is dead since 2019; it is succeeded by the friendly community fork called bump2version. [a] Last AUR comment of bumpversion from 2020 points users to the new package, so they should be well aware by now.
