[PRQ#51836] Orphan Request for dolphin-emu-primehack-git

Perisys1312 [1] filed an orphan request for dolphin-emu-primehack-git [2]: Building is unsuccessful and the maintainer all but abandoned the package. It needs to be altered to clone from the new default repository, primehack-master, as attempts to build from master, its now-historical branch, prove unsuccessful, thanks to an issue fixed in an upstream version of dolphin.
