[PRQ#70425] Deletion Request for python-buildozer

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-buildozer [2]: Package should be named 'buildozer'. But actually the latter already exists on AUR, so this one is an unneeded and unmaintained duplicate from 2022.
