[PRQ#43998] Deletion Request for python2-xlsxwriter

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-xlsxwriter [2]: Unneeded Python2 library. Repo carries the Python3 variant, and AUR has a Py3 package the dependent python-pptx.
