[PRQ#47172] Deletion Request for bamf-ubuntu

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for bamf-ubuntu [2]: There's no longer any difference between Ubuntu's bamf source and upstream's, used in repo bamf package. Ubuntu/Debian only adds some distro-specific installation configuration to the vanilla bamf source. Therefore I recommend deleting this package. Same version is in repo.
