[PRQ#64200] Deletion Request for blih_cli-git Accepted

Request #64200 has been Accepted by bertptrs [1]: Wouldn't necessarily be a reason for deletion as the software still works but this is the -git version and the latest commit is the stable release, so it goes. [1] https://aur.archlinux.org/account/bertptrs/
