[PRQ#42864] Deletion Request for python2-zeroconf

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-zeroconf [2]: This Py2 package can be deleted. Its only consumer was pulseaudio-dlna-git, but that was forked to support Py3 so it no longer needs this. (The non-git pkg for the latter is already on Py3).
