[aur-requests] [PRQ#10721] Deletion Request for linux-pax-flags

thestinger [1] filed a deletion request for linux-pax-flags [2]: PaX and grsecurity are no longer public so this exception database is a dead project. Someone paying for the private patches would need to be maintaining it to continue, which isn't happening.
