[aur-requests] [PRQ#2317] Orphan Request for openprinting-ppds-postscript-ricoh

plp [1] filed a orphan request for openprinting-ppds-postscript-ricoh [2]: User nhelke hasn't updated this package for quite some time now. I'd like to do it instead. The changes needed are trivial: just a matter of removing a dependency, changing the link and security checksum, and updating a piece of code that restarts cups.
