[PRQ#49922] Deletion Request for dsdcc-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for dsdcc-git [2]: Unmaintained, badly packaged VCS build from 2016. And the master branch code is exactly the same as what extra repo's dsdcc uses (upstream is only minimally maintained for the last few years).
