[PRQ#48515] Orphan Request for photini-git

MarsSeed [1] filed an orphan request for photini-git [2]: Unmaintained VCS package, GitHub URL broken since 2022-03. Other people have requesed a fix for this in comments, first on 2022-06-19, but nothing happened. Please kindly disown so that someone else can take over maintenance.
