[PRQ#53036] Orphan Request for pcapfix

marek22k [1] filed an orphan request for pcapfix [2]: Hello, the package is outdated and the PKGBUILD is quite ... old and not modern. I would like to adopt this package and provide it with a new PKGBUILD that introduces sha512 signatures, SPDX license identifiers and GPG signatures. Could you arrange this?
