[PRQ#49278] Merge Request for python-hyperglot

MarsSeed [1] filed a request to merge python-hyperglot [2] into hyperglot [3]: Eliminating duplication. This is a CLI application as well, so the name should be 'hyperglot', as per Arch Python package guidelines.
