[aur-requests] [PRQ#35809] Deletion Request for libmpq-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for libmpq-git [2]: Development discontinued 11 years ago. This VCS package has been defunct since its upload in 2015, because it is lacking the needed makedepends. (A user pointed this out in 2020 but maintainer didn't respond.) Anyway, there are currently maintained projects to read/write Blizzard MPQ files: smpq, based on stormlib. There are AUR packages for both. So it's safe to delete this deprecated one.
