[PRQ#42701] Deletion Request for srsgui-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for srsgui-git [2]: Abandoned VCS package from 2018. Owner seems MIA since then. Build is broken: source needs Qt5 and Qwt, not legacy Qt4 and Qwt4.
