[aur-requests] [PRQ#32155] Orphan Request for pandoc-bin

AkechiShiro [1] filed an orphan request for pandoc-bin [2]: If the package is not updated soon, I wish to become a maintainer in order to not let it become out of date again (probably by using a script to update the pkg version every time and then), if the maintainer is still active, then please feel free to ignore this request.
