[PRQ#57667] Deletion Request for libringclient-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for libringclient-git [2]: Broken VCS package from 2016. Upstream repo inaccessible since 2019 as per AUR comment; it has since been also deleted (404 not found).
