[aur-requests] [PRQ#2449] Deletion Request for tor-with-tls-disabled

nocko [1] filed a deletion request for tor-with-tls-disabled [2]: Out-of-date, even when originally added. Package not useful with TLS removing patch. Source code mirror suspicious, apparently (according to PKGBUILD) doesn't match MD5 from upstream.
