[PRQ#42635] Deletion Request for loupe

yochananmarqos [1] filed a request to merge loupe [2] into loupe-git [3]: Creating a "release" package is pointless as Loupe is still in development. It may or may not be ready for GNOME 45. I think loupe- git is good enough for now for those who want to test it.
