jamespharvey20 [1] filed a deletion request for libibscif [2]: Upstream totally changed libibscif's dependencies (merging libibverbs into rdma-core, then subsequent changes within rdma-core) and completely broke libibscif. Asked upstream: "Is libibscif dead, and should OS repositories remove it?" Answer 1: "Libibscif is for an old product... no longer sold... libibscif is no longer maintained. It has already been removed..." Answer 2: "Yes".
