[aur-requests] [PRQ#36045] Deletion Request for bzr-fastimport

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for bzr-fastimport [2]: Defunct Python 2 package for Canonical's bzr, also a Python 2 CLI tool discontinued in 2017. Package is broken due to missing Py2 dep.
