[PRQ#62235] Deletion Request for shiba-bin

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for shiba-bin [2]: Broken due to broken legacy dependency chain electron2-bin←gconf; upstream has not released a new stable binary since 2018. [a] Development in the master branch is still ongoing, so it seems a source-built shiba-git package is viable to be submitted to AUR. Also, Electron runs with setuid/setgid, so the 6-year old Electron2 is extremely insecure and should be avoided.
