[aur-requests] [PRQ#33867] Deletion Request for lib32-librsync

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-librsync [2]: Orphaned lib32 package. There are no dependents on AUR. Seem this is not needed, rsync can work fine on 64-bit systems, no application needs this in 32-bit on such systems. Therefore it's safe to delete this abandoned package.
