[PRQ#57487] Deletion Request for mingw-w64-sord

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for mingw-w64-sord [2]: No longer needed by mingw-w64-gstreamer et al. Dependency chain broken (e.g. mingw-w64-python has missing deps).
