[PRQ#43134] Deletion Request for oscam-git Rejected

Request #43134 has been Rejected by MarsSeed [1]: Revoking, based on feedback from pkg owner. Turns out that oscam-svn is bogus: not a VCS package, and it was last updated in 2020. So the subversion package named oscam-git shouldn't be deleted without a viable equivalent/alternative under an '-svn' suffixed name. [1] https://aur.archlinux.org/account/MarsSeed/
