[PRQ#61923] Deletion Request for python-pysendfile

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-pysendfile [2]: Unused and not compatible with Python 3.12. [a] (Source code has escape sequences that are unrecognizable by Python [b] - they were throwing DeprecationWarnings since Python 3.6 and SyntaxErrors since Python 3.12.) Upstream is not maintained since 3 years ago.
