[PRQ#77410] Orphan Request for backward-cpp

umireon [1] filed an orphan request for backward-cpp [2]: The current version of backward-cpp needs patch to build on Arch Linux now, and this workaround is suggested on the comments, but the maintainer had not responded for a long time and this package is left unbuildable.
