[PRQ#47762] Deletion Request for python-doit-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-doit-git [2]: Abandoned, broken Python2/Python3 VCS package from 2017. Last comment apart from mine is from 2014. I think it is better to delete this.
