[PRQ#49132] Deletion Request for python-django-polymorphic-tree

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-django-polymorphic- tree [2]: Defunct, unused, abandoned package from 2020. Safe to delete. Its former consumer, papermerge is discontinued as is, and I've initiated an AUR merge to its successor, papermerge-core (PRQ#49131), which doesn't need this library.
