And also upstream wlroots has already resolved the NVIDIA driver related DRM_FORMAT_XRGB8888 issue, so there shouldn't be any need to dumb down wlroot's format selection logic. hyprland uses its own clone of wlroots, so they don't rely on stable wlroots release, they use newer commit version, which includes the latest fixes for any arising issue. If there is an issue with that on NVIDIA, please file an Arch bug report, as per AUR submission guidelines, but don't duplicate repo packages just to resolve such.
