MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for libsoup-gnome-git [2]: Deprecated leftover VCS package from 2017. Libsoup is an integral part of the GNOME project now, and there is no libsoup build "without gnome". There is no more Makefile, no more '--with-gnome' configure option. Only meson build files, and there is no GNOME on/off switch. So this package does not have a reason to exist anymore.
