a821 [1] filed a deletion request for latex-template-pss [2]: Orphan package from 2015, one vote, no reverse depends. The PKGBUILD is completely broken, which have been also been noted in the comments. Though the sources are available (and thus this is fixable), I think this is a very obscure latex template to be worth keeping around. I think we can delete it.
