MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for perl6-compress-brotli [2]: Orphan Perl6 package from 2017. Upstream unmaintained since that year. [a] Bundles an outdated version of libbrotli instead of depending on the separate library. Also this is a VCS buuld in disguise, with fake pkgver. But nothing depends on it so it's safe to delete.
