The Citra Nightly build is stable and is not released if the build is not stable enough, it's the standard release, and has worked great for almost all of it's users. To keep the name `citra-nightly-bin` would be misleading to the nature of the stability of the package (i.e. it's actually quite stable, but it's built on a nightly basis). The real world equivalent an unstable, nightly release would be the Citra Canary builds.
