a821 [1] filed a deletion request for openscada-lts [2]: Unmaintained package that's been out of date for seven years (broken as is due to missing dependency). Last version is available since May-2024 [0], but the "spec" file [1] shows that it depends on the deprecated `qt4`, making it already hard to maintain (so I did not attempt to fix it). IMO, it doesn't seem like someone is using this (or is willing to maintain it), so it could be deleted.
