xantares [1] filed a deletion request for mingw-w64-nsis [2]: basically it's a duplicate from nsis package, but it's more subtle than that. the binary as is here is a regular linux elf, so it's not properly cross-compiled (and you dont need to) altought even if it tries to install in mingw-w64 directories but this packages does also provide some mingw-w64 binding (only i386 ldpapi.a) [1] https://aur.archlinux.org/account/xantares/ [2] https://aur.archlinux.org/pkgbase/mingw-w64-nsis/
