MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for selinux-python2 [2]: Unbuildable EOL version from 1.5 years ago; this was the last to support Python2. Not useful or needed. Its consumer, system-config-users has been discontinued since 2018 and superseded by other management tools, and has been also unbuildable on Arch Linux for years (submitted the latter for deletion as well: PRQ#52416).
