MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for arrow-glib [2]: Unmaintained orphan package, not used by any other build. Out-of-date with repo's arrow library. I briefly adopted it a year ago to update it; before that time, it was not updated since its submission in 2021. Seems no one is interested in using or maintaining this on AUR.
