MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-allegro4 [2]: Reported broken since 2022, not fixed since. But it has not been needed by anything on AUR after 2021-07, when its last consumer, AUR/racer has switched to making a native build on x86_64. Therefore I recommend deletion.
