MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for mozart1-bin [2]: Unneeded legacy bin32 build from 2008, with wrong pkgname (should have had a 'bin32-' prefix). Doesn't set file ownership and access attributes; instead, it leaves them in place from upstream release archive. tcl85 dependency unbuildable, so this cannot be packaged. But no one complained: last user comment is from 2019. Safe to delete from AUR, for being broken and for lack of use.
