MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for perl6-base64 [2]: No longer needed; Perl6 is now Raku. A hundred or so perl6- packages have already been deleted, rightfully, by @serebit. (Almost all of them were abandonware from 2017 and the majority of them had issues.) I have updated this package last year just out of curiosity, but then I realized that new 'raku-' packages need to be created. Or else, users can install rakudo / zef tools from AUR and use it to download, build and install Raku modules easily into their home dir.
