caleb [1] filed a deletion request for ttf-raleway-ibx [2]: Infinality Bundle is dead, the upstream project site is no longer hosted, some stuff got integrated into Freetype, other bits are no longer compatible with current Harfbuzz. The reason for all these *-ibx packages is no more. This one in particular is covered by ttf- raleway already which has still-active download links.
