MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for avogadro [2]: Avogadro1 is discontinued since 2021, repo archived. [a] Development of the continuation, Avogadro2 is done in a separate repo called avogadroapp. This package fails to build, as reported by a user in 2022-10 in flag comment. And since upstream repo is read-only, no one can submit pull requests to fix issues. Better to delete this package.
