neoninteger [1] filed a deletion request for libquotient-encryption [2]: Encryption support was recently enabled in `extra/libquotient`. Note that a previous maintainer of this package requested deletion for the same reason. I believe that previous case was erroneous. This time, deletion may actually be warranted.
