At the moment, the new versions are still beta. Perhap the maintainer will wait for a stable version. Personnaly I would like to test the beta, it's already beta 4. Another person asked for an update, another one proposed new PKGBUILDS. I could wait, but: - I can't contact the maintainer with his email address, I get a message back saying the email address is invalid - he doesn't respond to me: I wrote him at the beginning of July and a week ago. - the package has been flagged out-of-date on 2014-05-04 and no response from the maintainer. So I would like to take and maintain this package unless I get an answer. If the package is orphaned can I be notified to maintain it ? Thanks!
