jonathon [1] filed a deletion request for julia-mbedtls-jll [2]: The Julia project has doubled-down on user-installable packages by including binary packages as hard-coded dependencies. This makes system-wide installation very difficult and creates weird issues when it does work. That means these julia-* packages are currently broken.
